Questions
Is there a free trial?
Thirty days of the complete application, free, and we do not ask for a card to start it. Nothing is charged when it ends. One trial per machine.
Does it renew on its own?
Yes, at the interval you chose, until you cancel. We tell you before any price change affects a renewal.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nobody is cut off mid-month for cancelling.
Can I get a refund?
Fourteen days, no questions asked, on a first payment or a renewal. The details are on the refund policy page.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
Yes. One account is for one person, and that person can install it on all their own machines.
Is there a Windows or Linux build?
No. Koti is a macOS application.
